Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Please note:
- Some remote or restricted regions may not be eligible for delivery.
- If we are unable to ship to your location after an order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Our products are shipped from China or our overseas fulfillment partners, depending on availability and destination.
Estimated delivery times (after shipment):
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- North America: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 8–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
- Other regions: 10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Fees & Customs Duties
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.
- WOOOBE is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs clearance.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or if items are missing:
- Please contact us at wooobe@wooobe.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable).
- We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- WOOOBE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
